Our Policies
PRIVACY A Mother's Gift values and is committed to protecting your privacy. We will NEVER sell or share or distribute in any way your personal information to a third party. We do not engage in marketing campaigns which employ telephone solicitations, mass mailings or e-mail spamming.
PAYMENTS We accept all major credit cards (via Paypal). You DO NOT need a Paypal account to pay with a credit card.
SALES TAX Kentucky (KY) residents will be charged 6.0% sales tax.
SHIPPING Orders will ship within 3 business days, and most often items will ship the next day. Orders are shipped via the US Postal Service, and include free delivery confirmation.
If you need your order right away, please email us at info@amothersgift.net to inquire about the charges related to Express Shipping.
International shipping incurs an additional charge. Please email us at info@amothersgift.net prior to placing your order so that we can give you a quote on shipping internationally.
RETURNS We cannot accept returns of the following since they are personal care items: nursing covers, burp cloths, and bath and body products. If you are purchasing these items as a gift and are unsure that the recipient will like the chosen item, it is recommended that you purchase a gift certificate so that she can choose an item that best suits her. Personalized name trains also cannot be returned because they are special orders.
Other items may be returned within 30 days of the original ship date for exchange or store credit (less shipping charges). Items must be unopened/unused and in their original packaging. Items may be subject to a restocking fee. Proof of purchase is required, and items must have a Return Authorization (RA) number. We cannot guarantee that items returned without an RA number will be successfully processed. To obtain your RA number, please email customerservice@amothersgift.net or call (502) 817-0859.
We advise that you ship all returned items via insured mail. We cannot issue credit for lost packages that do not reach our store. Credit for lost shipment's must be issued by the carrier. |
